WBDDP information stall at Calliope markets

Gladstone Ports Corporation’s Western Basin Dredging and Disposal Project(WBDDP) held a community information stall at the Calliope Markets last Sunday.
The WBDDP stall had information about environmental conditions, water quality, seagrass and dredging in the Gladstone harbour.
New turbidity levels approved

Gladstone Ports Corporation has received confirmation from the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection that some trigger values for turbidity will be raised.
The decision comes after an extensive review of additional data by the regulator to better reflect the background turbidity levels.
CVA revegetates access road area

Conservation Volunteers Australia has planted more than 6500 trees in a 19,000 tree revegetation project near Fisherman's Landing.
Funded by the Western Basin Dredging and Disposal Project, the mass tree planting exercise is part of the our commitment to minimise the environmental footprint.
